				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="text-decoration:underline;">CUESTIÓN DE ACTUALIDAD</span> en los pasados días para manifestar de forma clara la postura respecto de la <strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">IGUALDAD Y EDUCACIÓN.-</span></strong><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">SEGREGACIÓN DEL ALUMNADO.-El</span></strong> Grupo Socialista recordó hoy que la Consejería de educación subvenciona a cuatro centros de la Comunidad Autónoma en los que existe división de alumnos por sexo y subrayó que ha reclamado datos al departamento para conocer el número de colegios “elitistas” que perciben fondos públicos.</p>
<ul style="text-align:justify;">
<li>“¿No cree la Junta que debería darle un poco de vergüenza dar dinero a colegios elitistas, mientras dice que no hay dinero para el Programa Madrugadores por ejemplo?”</li>
<li>Desde el PSOE queremos recordar que la educación diferenciada es discriminatoria a anacrónica; Si mujeres y hombres compartimos la vida, ¿porque no la escuela?</li>
</ul>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">SENTENCIA TS AVALA LA NEGATIVA DE AND Y CANTABRIA PARA SUBV CENTROS SEGREGACIONISTAS</span></strong></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">A la vista de la Sentencia del TSupremo estos son los hechos objetivos:</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><strong>CyL está está en una situación de ilegalidad manifiesta</strong> porque está dedicando dinero público a sufragar una actividad discriminatoria por razón de sexo y eso es ilegal</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Pero además en CyL la consejería de Educación está aportando también una cantidad de <strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">1.895.000€ para los seminarios</span></strong>, que también seleccionan por razón de sexo a su alumnado, es decir discriminan</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Hemos visto como la Junta de CyL a los <strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">colegios públicos que tenían su presupuesto aprobado y comprometido de forma unilateral les rebaja entre un 30 y un 80%, </span></strong>hemos visto cómo otras consejerias convocatorias ya publicadas no se han resuelto y se han anulado, hemos visto de casi todo, y hoy lo que lo que queremos saber es QUE VA A HACER LA JUNTA DE CASTILLA Y LEON PARA RECUPERAR ESTE CURSO EL DINERO QUE LE HA CONCEDIDO a colegios segregacionistas, una cuestión que a día de hoy ha sido declarada ilegal por parte del TS? o A LOS SEMINARIOS QUE RECIBEN DINERO PUBLICO?</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">QUE GARANTÍAS APORTA LA JUNTA DE CYL PARA QUE EL PROXIMO CURSO NO SE SUBVECIONE UNA ACTIVIDAD DISCRIMINATORIA Y POR LO TANTO ILEGAL.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">POR LO QUE <span style="text-decoration:underline;">REGISTRAMOS LA COMPARECENCIA DEL CONSEJERO DE EDUCACION</span></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Hablamos de la vuelta al cole; una vuelta al cole que este año se antoja más complicada que en años anteriores.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">El objetivo  de esta Rueda de prensa es informar sobre los efectos que los recortes en Educación en el ámbito no universitario, tendrán en concreto en la provincia de Soria.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Lo primero que hay que dejar claro es que:</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">-         En Castilla y León se viene recortando en Educación toda la pasada legislatura (ejem: en <strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">FP se recortó el presupuesto en cuatro años más de un 20%)</span></strong></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">-         que a mayores, estos recortes que vienen provocados por el gobierno popular de Mariano Rajoy son <strong>aceptados sin titubeos</strong> por el gobierno de Juan Vicente Herrera en contra de la opinión y del criterio del PSOE <span style="text-decoration:underline;">y de toda la comunidad educativa.</span></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Es necesario que la ciudadanía sepa que se pueden hacer las cosas de otra manera como lo están demostrando otras CCAA y que el gob de Herrera no está defendiendo los intereses de los castellanos y leoneses <strong>porque no quiere utilizar instrumentos que tiene a su alcance para frenar la política de Mariano Rajoy que apuesta por aplicar recortes muy severos en Educación</strong></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">En este sentido hay que recordar que los socialistas hemos pedido en el debate sobre el Estado de la Comunidad, que CyL presentara un <strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">recurso de inconstitucionalidad</span></strong> contra el RDL que impone recortes en el ámbito educativo porque invade competencias que están exclusivamente atribuidas a la comunidad y sobre las que el Estado no puede imponer su criterio. Sin embargo el PP de CyL votó en contra</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Sin dar ninguna explicación, por lo que <strong>SOLICITAMOS LA COMPARECENCIA DEL CONSEJERO</strong> para que explique si está de acuerdo con lo votado x la mayoría de la Cámara, cual es su criterio al respecto, es decir que de explicaciones.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Hoy tenemos que dar muy malas noticias, creemos sinceramente que la aplicación de recortes que va a dar lugar a un <strong>inicio de curso muy complicado</strong> porque las medidas del gobierno de España y las propias medidas de Herrera en su último presupuesto, atacan a toda la comunidad educativa que en estos momentos teme o sospecha lo que se le viene encima pero no lo ha comprobado en directo. <strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Eso sucederá en septiembre. </span></strong>Quien si lo está comprobando ya son los profesores interinos, en julio dijimos que serían del orden del <strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">10% la pérdida de profesorado en los centros. </span></strong></p>

<p style="text-align:justify;">El año pasado hubo unas restricciones <span style="text-decoration:underline;">del 30 al 80%,</span> aguantaron porque tenían dinero ahorrado que ha desaparecido con lo que el <strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">tijeretazo ya de entrada en los presupuestos de más del 30% </span></strong>va a significar un duro varapalo y pondrá en peligro el normal funcionamiento de los centros: calefacción, material prácticas, folios, fotocopias, jabón y papel higiénico en los lavabos…</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Aquí hay que hablar de una apuesta encubierta ante la opinión pública pero clara y contundente a la vista de los hechos por parte de la Junta de CyL y del PP en general de <strong>mimar a la concertada en detrimento de la pública</strong></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Denunciamos en el debate de presupuestos como quedaban partidas sin ejecutar, <strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">más de 60M€ presupuestados no se gastaron</span></strong>, eso supone un 42,5% de inversiones y transferencias de capital. Por ejemplo de los 22M€ presupuestados en 2011 para la DG FP solo se ejecuto 1M€</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">SIN EMBARGO, en la enseñanza concertada se presupuesta una cantidad y se inyecta a mayores 40M€</p>

<p style="text-align:justify;">La mala excusa de que se está esperando a ver cuánto toca del gobierno de España no sirve porque otras CCAA ya han sacado su convocatoria por lo que PEDIMOS A LA JUNTA DE CYL que en la primera semana del mes de septiembre se publique la convocatoria de ayudas a libros de texto para que el primer trimestre de curso las familias puedan disponer de esas cantidades.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify;">Esta es la vuelta al cole que tendrán que afrontar las familias sorianas y todo ello una vez más, con el silencio de “quien calla y otorga” del Partido Popular de Soria.</p>
